Within 1-3 months, for machine warranty parts, customers are required to take photos or videos of damaged parts, full body photos, etc. If it is caused by human factors or improper use, they will be responsible for part of the parts cost.
Within 1-3 months, if the machine is returned to the factory for repair, the customer will bear the return shipping cost. The factory will cover the repair cost and the shipping cost returned to the customer will be borne by the factory.
Three months later, after the warranty period, the customer will bear the shipping and corresponding repair costs.
